ERP North launches a new career program for electrical engineering graduates from January
Elektrodistribuenie North organizes a practical program “Young electrician”, aimed at 12th grade students from Varna, studying and graduating electrical engineering specialties. The practice is paid and will take place during the period from January to May 2019. The company will prepare a preliminary visit schedule for all approved candidates, according to their curriculum and extracurricular commitments — 40 hours per month for each participant.
During the training internship, future power engineers will be trained in a real working environment under the guidance of a team of electricians and electrical engineers. Interns will acquire technical skills and habits for the performance of tasks from the daily activities of the profession. In addition to financial incentive, upon successful completion of the program ERP North AD will offer future realization to the students in the energy company. Preliminary knowledge of the processes and working conditions in the power distribution company will facilitate young people in choosing a future qualification and a specific position in the specialty.
An information campaign about the new initiative has been launched, and meetings have already been held with students and their parents. ERP North will continue to support the career development of young professionals through regular visits to educational institutions and promotion of the company as a preferred and secure employer in the sector.
