ERP North invested 130 thousand leva in the electricity distribution network of the Gabrovo village of Shumata

EPR North teams replaced part of the low-voltage air network in the village of Shumata, located in the municipality of Sevlievo, Gabrovo region. The rehabilitation, which covers a route along more than 80 interflights, is part of the company's investment program for 2025.
The investment in the renovation of the network, which supplies hundreds of customers in the mountain village, amounts to nearly 130 000 BGN.
The activities included the replacement of 30 reinforced concrete pillars and the replacement of a low-voltage network with an approximate length of 3.2 kilometers. The old uninsulated wire was replaced by a twisted and insulated one, whose greater resistance to weathering will significantly reduce the risks of accidents and ensure a better quality of electricity that the inhabitants of the Shute receive.
In the coming warmer months and suitable for repairs, ERP North will continue to work within the framework of its investment and repair program in order to increase the security of the electricity supply of its customers, especially in smaller settlements where the electricity distribution infrastructure is most vulnerable to the weather.
