As of May 13, 2020 ERP North is restoring the planned repair work on the electricity distribution network on its territory. Activities were suspended to provide uninterrupted power to customers during the state of emergency in order to facilitate work and learning from home. Over the past two months, the company's teams monitored to ensure a stable power supply to customers and responded in urgent cases of damage to the facilities.

In fulfillment of the commitments under its licensing activity, the electricity distribution company will resume the launched projects set out in the investment and repair program for 2020. Priority will be given to work on the most urgent projects and network regions vulnerable to power disruptions. The periods for planned outages on the facilities are provided for the minimum time required to carry out the activities of prevention, construction and repair on the network.

As well as during the state of emergency, the power supply of hospitals will be periodically checked and maintained in continuous mode. ERP North will not carry out planned repairs in the school districts during the announced graduation dates in June, and on the remaining school days, pre-planned power outages will be possible only after 1:30pm. Periods of interruptions in connection with planned network reconstruction activities shall be published in a timely manner on the website of the electricity distribution company.
