Customers can check the value of their accounts from today, March 19

ENERGO-PRO issued the electricity invoices for the month of March to the first group of customers, whose payment deadline is April 10. Depending on the individual reporting period, a different number of days are included in the invoice of each customer for the month of March from the months of February and March.

After the price change of March 5, 2013 by decision of the State Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (DCEVR), the company has calculated the bills of electricity consumed by customers in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for Supply and Distribution of Electricity (OU) of ENERGO-PRO. According to the OU, payment documents are divided into two subperiods. The first includes the days from the start date of the individual reporting period (in February) to March 5. Consumption during this period is calculated at the old cost of electricity. The second period includes the days from March 5 to the end date of the individual reporting period (in the month of March). Consumption for this period is calculated at the new, lower price.

ENERGO-PRO provided domestic customers with the opportunity to declare the readings of their electricity meter from the date of the price change. 2476 customers took advantage of this opportunity. At the same time, the company also carried out a regular monthly report. The consumption of domestic customers who have not declared their meter readings is distributed in proportion to the number of days before and after the date of the price change based on average daily consumption.

In the new customer invoices, the company has added information on the final price of electricity at tariffs, but has also kept the distribution by individual components to ensure full transparency of the bills. Customers from the first group, whose payment deadline is April 10, can find out about the value of their account on the website at www.energo-pro.bg, on the round-the-clock telephone 0700 161 61 (for the price of one city call) and in the customer service centers.
