Invoice information on compensation for non-domestic customers

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that for some of the non-domestic customers of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD in December, the same invoices were re-sent with different visualization of the content in them. This was necessary due to additional requirements of the Ministry of Energy. The same is related to improving the clarity regarding the applied compensation for non-domestic customers according to RMS No 739/26.10.2021 and RMS №771/06.11.2021 of the Ministry of Energy. In the invoice sent with the new vision, information about all compensations, which are deducted from the payment amount, is included. You can see the amount due on the invoice in the line “Payment/Deduction amount”.

Please note that if you have already paid the amounts on the issued invoices subject to compensation, the amounts from it will pay off your other future or existing electricity obligations.
