ENERGO-PRO initiative “Leadership Acceptance Day” continues

Residents of Veliko Tarnovo region had the opportunity to ask their questions to company managers

Yesterday, March 26, 2014, another reception day of the leadership of ENERGO-PRO was held in the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa. Those interested had the opportunity to meet with Maria Dimitrova, Customer Service Director and Pencho Minchev, Manager of Distribution Service Center Gorna Oryahovitsa and Gabrovo. The two managers discussed each specific case with the clients. The specifics of some of the questions required more in-depth analysis and further study. In these cases, the representatives of ENERGO-PRO undertook that the company will provide maximum assistance within the framework of the law to resolve the issues raised.

“The opportunity that we give customers through this project, namely to share their problems in direct contact with part of the company's management staff, is very positively received by the people. As we have repeatedly stated, the purpose of these meetings is to shorten the distance between management and our clients and to have an open dialogue with them. Of course, most of the cases require an individual approach and, accordingly, we cannot give a definite answer within a single meeting, but clients can count on their questions to receive due attention and an adequate proposal for a solution. “, said Mrs. Dimitrova.

Most of the issues that customers discussed with the company's management during yesterday's admission day were related to investment projects and the possibilities of joining future sites. The need to build electricity infrastructure in areas of the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa, which are yet to be built and for which opportunities for the construction of new capacities should be provided was also discussed. In addition to specific cases, customers also asked standard questions related to electricity consumption.
