ENERGO-PRO's initiative to organize an exported office gathered more than 100 clients in the municipality of Dolgopol and the municipality of Dolni Chiflik

The exported office of ENERGO-PRO received over 100 clients on the territory of the municipalities of Dolgopol and Dolni Chiflik. The initiative, part of the campaign “At the service of the customer”, which ENERGO-PRO launched in connection with the World Consumer Day - March 15, continued its visits according to the previously announced schedule. On February 13, the company's specialists received clients in the building of the municipality of Dolgopol, and on February 18 - in the building of the municipality of Dolni Chiflik.

When asked what they thought of the company's new initiative, visitors to the exiled office shared:

Stanka Marinova, city of Dolgopol: “It is convenient for us. I came to check why I pay so much electricity. They served me very well — they explained everything I needed to know. I am satisfied.”

Ivan Dimitrov, village Kamen Dyal: “It is good to walk around areas and not have to travel to Varna. The lot of my house was run in my father's name. I have a notarial deed and transferred it to my name here in Dolgopol.”

The exported offices received visitors in the buildings of the municipal administrations with the assistance of the Mayor of Dalgopol, Mrs. Marinka Ivanova, and the Mayor of Dolni Chiflik, Mr. Borislav Natov. “The cooperation of the mayors of the municipalities is extremely important to us. Municipal buildings are familiar to all residents and this makes our service even more accessible to people. I take this opportunity to thank Mrs. Ivanova and Mr. Natov for the cooperation, with which we created convenience for the residents of both municipalities. “, said Maria Dimitrova, Director of Customer Service at ENERGO-PRO.

The teams of ENERGO-PRO Customer Service specialists will continue their work in the city of Devnya on February 25 from 10:00 to 15:00.
