Exported offices of ENERGO-PRO open their doors in Razgrad, Targovishte and Ruse districts
On May 14, the second stage of ENERGO-PRO's “Exported Offices” 2018 initiative was launched in 20 small settlements in Razgrad, Targovishte and Ruse districts. The first stage this year was successfully held in April in another 20 settlements in Veliko Tarnovo and Gabrovo districts, where hundreds of customers of the company were served.
The exported offices are organized annually by trained specialists of the energy company in order to make information available and facilitate customers in the municipalities of the territory served by ENERGO-PRO, in which there is no dedicated Customer Service Center. The most demanded services in these mobile reception rooms are traditionally a change of batch holder, as well as updating customer data for better communication with the company. At the disposal of the visitors of the exported offices are customer service specialists who advise and assist in the ordering of all ENERGO-PRO services that do not require payment in cash. It is necessary for the client to present an identity document and a document certifying the ownership of the property to which the relevant service relates.
