Exported offices of ENERGO-PRO receive clients in Varna and Veliko Tarnovo

Next week, a stage of ENERGO-PRO's long-standing “Exported Offices” campaign was launched, created for the convenience of customers in small settlements. In the exported reception rooms of the company, it is possible to request cashless services, the most demanded of which are changing the holder for a lot and updating data for timely communication with the company. Customers verify their identity in the mobile reception rooms of ENERGO-PRO with an identity card, and in the case of requesting a service or changing the account holder, they provide an original document of ownership of a property for reference. Customer Service employees will be available from 10 am to 4 pm at the dates and addresses indicated in the schedule in Pavlikeni, Dalgopol, Dolni Chiflik, Beloslav and Devnya.

The schedule and addresses of the event are published on the website https://www.energo-pro.bg/bg/kampanii/izneseni-ofisi. The event was announced in advance through posters placed in central places in the cities and additionally on the websites of the respective municipalities. The outsourced offices work in coordination and in close collaboration with local mayors.
