The exported office of ENERGO-PRO received clients in Sevlievo, Tryavna, Pavlikeni and Elena
ENERGO-PRO Varna organizes outbound offices in Sevlievo, Tryavna, Pavlikeni and Elena, where the residents of the municipalities met with the company's Customer Service specialists. The initiative is part of the project “At the service of the customer”, launched in 2014.
The ENERGO-PRO mobile team advises dozens of visitors on issues related to electricity consumption. Most often, the company's customers took the opportunity to start a procedure for changing the holder of the electricity lot when acquiring a new property. Some of the visitors sought advice on the connection of a new site to the electricity distribution network, information about the bills and the tariff structure of the price of electricity.
In order to be easily accessible to the residents, the exported office was located in the building of the respective Municipality. This was made possible thanks to the kind assistance of municipal administrations. Traditionally, ENERGO-PRO works in partnership with local authorities in carrying out initiatives in the interest of the residents of the municipalities.
The teams of ENERGO-PRO Customer Service specialists will continue to travel on schedule in different settlements on the territory of North-East Bulgaria, with the aim of visiting as many municipalities as possible and serving more customers accordingly. Customers who have visited the office will be able to update their contact details with them, which will enable more active communication with the company.
Next week the mobile teams will receive clients in Novi Pazar on 21.06.2016 and in Popovo on 22.06.2016, in the administrative buildings of both Municipalities. The schedule for the days and the place of service are announced in advance on the company's website www.energo-pro.bg.
