The exported offices of ENERGO-PRO successfully continue their mission — to be at the service of the client

Dozens of residents of Sevlievo and Polski Trambesh municipalities took advantage of the company's services during the organized outbound offices and welcomed the initiative

Two more customer service centers of ENERGO-PRO in the past days provided convenience to residents of small settlements with the opportunity to be consulted on the spot without having to travel to the cities where the company's customer service centers are located. After in the last few months such offices were implemented on the territory of small municipalities in the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Shumen, Targovishte, Silistra, Ruse and Razgrad, in April the offices in municipal centers of Gabrovo and Veliko Tarnovo region were launched. Employees of the company provided consultations and services to the residents of the territory of the municipalities of Sevlievo and Polski Trambesh.

Among the most frequently provided services during the mobile offices in the two municipal centers were consultations on necessary documents for batch change, for bills and periods of billed electricity, transfer of a batch to acquired property, submission of an application for checking the technical condition of the electricity meter, etc. ENERGO-PRO's customer service specialists answered and guided customers on all questions that interested them - what documents are needed to study the connection conditions, how can the quality of the supplied voltage be checked, what should be done if desired to check the readings of the electricity meter, etc.

We are aware that in the difficult times in which we live, not all customers, especially older people from small settlements, have the opportunity to visit customer service centers. So we decided, like a well-known saying, as soon as these customers have difficulty coming to us, we should go as close to them as possible in order to make it easier for them and save them costs and time. We are pleased that this gesture is positively appreciated by customers”, explained Mrs. Maria Dimitrova, Director of Customer Service.

This week the second export office will be held on the territory of Veliko Tarnovo region. For all residents of the municipality of Elena and the surrounding area wishing to benefit from the services of the company, ENERGO-PRO organized an office in the building of the municipality of Elena on May 22 (Thursday) 2014.
