The exported offices of ENERGO-PRO are gaining more and more popularity among residents of small settlements

More than 250 of the company's customers have already benefited from the services that the initiative provides

Eight locations visited and more than 250 clients served. This is shown by the data of ENERGO-PRO three weeks after the launch of the company's initiative “Exported Office”. Within the framework of the event, teams of ENERGO-PRO Customer Service specialists visited small settlements in the territory of North-East Bulgaria to offer customers various services related to the company's activities.

During this week, ENERGO-PRO specialists visited Kavarna and General Toshevo, and again dozens of customers of the company took advantage of the initiative. Thanks to the kind cooperation of the local authorities, the host of the exported offices was once again the buildings of the municipal administrations in the two visited cities. As before, the traditional topics on which customers were looking for the company's specialists were checking and clarifying electricity bills, requesting various services, starting a procedure for joining the network, and others.

She added that the exported offices in small settlements are especially useful for older people, who find it more difficult to travel to the district cities where the ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Centers are located. Anna Kostadinova, also from General Toshevo, visited the outsourced office in the city to register her client number. She expressed her satisfaction with the initiative, saying: “The service is fast and level. It is explained well and clearly. I am pleased with the exported office of ENERGO-PRO.” Both women expressed hope that the company's initiative will continue in the future.
