The exported office of ENERGO-PRO welcomed customers in the municipality of Devnya
Within two weeks, more than 200 of the company's customers took advantage of the initiative
On February 25, the outgoing office of ENERGO-PRO visited the municipality of Devnya. The relocated office is part of the campaign “At the service of the customer”, which the company launched in connection with World Consumer Day - March 15. The initiative provides for ENERGO-PRO Customer Service specialists to visit smaller settlements on the territory of North-East Bulgaria on schedule and provide services related to the daily activities of the company.
ENERGO-PRO turned to the Municipality of Devnya with a request for assistance in providing a suitable premises for holding the outsourced office. In response, the Municipality proposed that the company organize an outsourced office in both remote villages — Kipra and Padina, as well as in the district. Povalyanovo on the town of Devnya, so that more residents can benefit from the visit of the specialists Customer Service. The Municipality of Devnya offered full assistance to the teams of ENERGO-PRO so that the exported office of the company can run successfully and added that the information about the exported office is distributed among the residents of the Municipality.
“We welcomed the proposal of the Municipality of Devnya and made the necessary reorganization of the planned exported office in the municipality of Devnya. We hired additional specialists Customer Service in order to reach the maximum number of residents of the Municipality.On Tuesday, the specialists of the company visited three locations in the city of Devnya and the two villages in the Municipality — Padina and Cyprus, and accepted all clients who wished to benefit from the services of the exported office. We thank the Municipality of Devnya for the cooperation and for the commitment to our initiative. The close cooperation with the representatives of the local government helps us achieve our goal — to be at the service of all our customers, regardless of the locality in which they live.”, said Mrs. Maria Dimitrova, Director of Customer Service at ENERGO-PRO.
On February 25, in the four offices in Devnya municipality, more than 60 clients of ENERGO-PRO benefited from the services of the initiative. Thus, within two weeks, more than 200 customers of the company visited the organized exported offices. There they had the opportunity to be served in various areas of the company's activities, among which clarification of electricity bill, updating of customer data, change of account holder, submission of various applications for services, etc.
So far, the ENERGO-PRO initiative has been received very positively by all representatives of the local government, to whom the company has approached with a request for assistance in its implementation. The Municipality of Devnya also expressed support for the excellent opportunity that ENERGO-PRO offers to residents of smaller settlements to take advantage of the company's services without having to travel to any of the Customer Service Centers in the district cities.
