The winners of the ENERGO-PRO raffle “Pick a Pick and Win” were withdrawn

Today, in the presence of a notary, the winners who participated in the game with the raffle “Get a Pick and Win” on the website of ENERGO-PRO were drawn. The big prize — a tablet — was won by a client from the city of Razgrad. The names of all those drawn in today's raffle have been published on https://energo-pro.bg/bg/kampanii/igra-vzemi-pik-i-specheli.

The game “Get a Pick and Win” was held in the period 24.10 — 01.12.2022 in order to promote the services offered by the company in its Virtual Service Center MyEnergo-PRO. For the duration of the game, the newly issued personal identification codes (PIN) for the use of part of the online services of the Group companies at https://my.energo-pro.bg/There are 1152 in total.

In addition to requesting services digitally, the portal offers account verification, information on payment and reporting schedules, planned power outages, electronic invoice request, data update in the system for secure and convenient receipt of information. The issuance of the PIK is free of charge and is carried out once, in person or through an authorized person, in a physical Service Center of the company. Upon receipt of the PIK, customers can continue to use the electronic services in the Virtual Service Center from the convenience of their personal digital device.

Most often, the PIK serves to facilitate movement and follow the procedure for joining the electricity distribution network, which takes place in several steps and requires the submission of a number of documents. In this way, the physical visit to a company office is minimized, while limiting the risks of bad practices that unauthorized consultants try to apply to clients through the misuse of the company's name. Another innovation in the Virtual Service Center is the electronic entry into contractual relations, when changing a batch of a domestic customer, customers do not need to fill out a paper application, but everything is transferred electronically by an employee at a counter in a customer center.
