A customer attacked an ERP North employee at work

An employee of ERP North was attacked by a customer while performing his duties on a meter report. The case is from the village of Getsovo, Razgrad region, and pre-trial proceedings have already been initiated under Art. 131, para. 1, item 1 in conjunction with Art. 130, para. 2 of the NC. The victim was hit with a plank on the elbow in an attempt to defend himself, and subsequently on the back. He will be examined by a forensic doctor and will be issued the corresponding personal injury document.

Accountants take care not only of taking the data from the means of commercial measurement, but also carry out checks on the correct operation of the devices. Obstructing the work of the employees of ERP North is to the detriment of honest customers and it is not right to look for occasions for physical self-quarrel with representatives of the electricity distribution company. The management of the energy company alerted the public to the case, because it feels obliged to protect the rights and health of its employees and considers such a rude manifestation on the part of unscrupulous customers to be unacceptable violence against the person.
