ENERGO-PRO customers have the opportunity to self-report in connection with the new electricity prices from 01.07.2018.

In connection with the new electricity prices announced by the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation, ENERGO-PRO provides its customers with the opportunity to self-report the quantities they consume. The data from the meter readings will be available until July 7 on the 24-hour telephone line of Elektrodistribuenie Sever 0700 1 61 61, by e-mail info@erpsever.bg or in the most convenient Customer Service Center of the company.

The electricity distribution company will continue to carry out the monthly report of consumed electricity. The schedule for the regular report of electricity meters customers can find on the website of ENERGO-PRO at: https://www.erpsever.bg/bg/Grafik-za-otchitane-na-elektroenergiya.

For all customers who do not take advantage of the provided self-report option, the company will invoice the consumption according to the regulated methodology — proportional distribution of the reported quantities on the days before and after the price change. The payment documents for the reporting period, including the change in prices, will contain two subperiods — period for the old prices up to 30.06.2018 inclusive and for the new ones — from 01.07.2018.
