ENERGO-PRO customers can report the meter readings themselves in the expected change of electricity prices from July 1, 2016

In connection with the expected decision of the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) on the change in the prices of electricity and network services from 1 July 2016, ENERGO-PRO gives its customers the opportunity to take the readings of the electricity meters themselves and request the data on the 24-hour telephone 0700 1 61 61, e-mail service@energo-pro.bg or at the most convenient for them service center customers up to and including 5 July 2016. The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the declared data.

ENERGO-PRO Grids carries out the regular report of the consumed electrical energy according to the previously announced schedule on the company's website: http://www.energo-pro-grid.bg/bg/Grafik-za-otchitane-na-elektroenergiya-Bitovi-klienti. In this regard, we would like to remind that customers whose electricity meters are located within the boundaries of the property must provide access for consumption accounting.

The consumption of customers who have not taken advantage of the self-report option will be proportionally distributed at the old and new price depending on the number of days before and after the change included in their individual reporting period. The consumed electricity will be reflected in the invoices in two subperiods - a subperiod at the old prices until 30 June 2016 inclusive and a subperiod at the new prices from 1 July 2016 to the date of the regular report.
