ENERGO-PRO customers with modified Bulstat need to update their data

Following a change in the Registry Act, Bulstat ENERGO-PRO launched a campaign to update the data of its customers for whom there is an official conversion of the EIC from 10-digit to 9-digit code. The change came into force on 04.01.2022 and concerns natural persons exercising a liberal profession or craft activity and other natural persons — insurance providers who are registered in the BULSTAT register with a 10-digit code.

Customers affected by the change are required to update their data by emailing or dictating by phone their old 10-digit BULSTAT code and the new 9-digit code:

- For customers of ENERGO-PRO Sales: email service@energo-pro.bgor the round-the-clock telephone line of the company 0700 800 61;

- For customers of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services: email market@energo-pro.bgor telephone*6161 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays;

- For clients of ERP North: email info@erpsever.bgor the company's 24-hour hotline 0700 161 61.

Before confirming the new Bulstat in front of ENERGO-PRO, a reference for an old-new code in the Registry Agency can be made online in the “References” section at https://www.bulstat.bg/bg/view/spravki. The changed code will be used when issuing documentation and financial documents by ENERGO-PRO.
