Three years after the creation of MyEnergo-PRO — the customer portal for online service of ENERGO-PRO at https://my.energo-pro.bg/login, it is the most preferred channel for informing the company's customers. A link to the platform is displayed in the main menu of the home websites of the companies of the ENERGO-PRO Varna group via a blue button MyEnergo-PRO. Launched to help customers during the covid pandemic in order to limit visits to the physical offices of the energy operator in Northeastern Bulgaria, the rich set of digital services and references has become the main convenient way for customers to monitor the information related to their monthly electricity consumption.

The most frequently used queries that customers make in the portal are checking and paying an invoice, payment and reporting schedules, planned power outages in connection with prevention activities, repairs and modernization of the network, updating of customer data for the timely receipt of personal information, etc. For the convenience of customers, other payment channels are available with the company: at the cash desks of the partners from Bulgarian Post and EasyPay, in the service centers, by direct debit, bank transfer, electronic banking through the website of the servicing bank, at an ATM with the BPay function, through the ePay system.
