Lavena AD relies on energy efficient solutions

ENERGO-PRO Energy Services completed a key facility for the production of electricity from renewable sources. This is the photovoltaic plant that the energy supplier built for the cosmetic company Lavena AD in the city of Sofia. Noisy. FEC Lavena has a peak power of approximately 380 kWp. It consists of 1,124 polycrystalline modules occupying nearly 2,250 square meters of the roof of the production building and 5 three-phase inverters of 60 kW each. In order to meet the customer's request for efficient use of roof space and maximum energy yield per unit area, the experts of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services rely on Aerocompact Compactflat S10+ aluminum construction for installation on a flat roof. The solar panels are installed without drilling, and their east/west placement allows the yield curve to be “stretched” from early morning to later before sunset, which corresponds to the load profile of the manufacturing plant. It is expected that the plant will cover at least 1/3 of the required electricity for Lavena AD on an annual basis.
The park also has a system for monitoring, controlling and collecting data on the energy produced by the inverters, on the consumed by the customer, as well as on the energy supplied as surplus in the network.

Lavena AD has been a producer of essential oils for nearly five decades. Knowing well the herbs and the process of extracting valuable oils from them, Lavena becomes an experienced creator of quality products with natural ingredients. Over the years, its activities expanded and gradually workshops for various cosmetic products were built at the distilleries.
