Line 0700 161 61 to the ENERGO-PRO call center has been restored

As we have already informed you, a technical problem in the route of VIVACOM interrupted the national telephone line 0700 161 61 to contact the ENERGO-PRO call center.

After internal reorganization, line 0700 161 61 was redirected and is currently in operational mode. Customers can now use the line for emergency alerts, as well as for information about the company's services. The telephone numbers, 0892 247 668 and 0892 247 669, which we have announced today as emergency alerts, remain valid until the technical failure on the VIVACOM route is eliminated.
