ENERGO-PRO Manager was awarded Energetic of the Year Award
The award is presented by the Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Energetics
For another year, the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Energetics awarded the Energetic of the Year Award. This year, the distinction in the Electricity section was awarded to Plamen Stefanov — Chairman of the Management Board of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD and Manager of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services EOOD.
Plamen Stefanov received the recognition of the professional community for active work in the field of energy and for achieving high results. For his contribution, he received an honorary diploma and a statuette.
Plamen Stefanov holds an MBA in European Utility Management from Jacobs University, Bremen, Germany with a major focus on energy regulation, management in network industries, management in wholesale and retail markets, European energy law. He also attended international courses in the United States, China and Russia. He also holds a master's degree in macroeconomics from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
Plamen Stefanov has held key management positions in the ENERGO-PRO Group since 2012. In the period 2006-2012, he was part of the E.ON Bulgaria team, where he successively held the positions of Director Corporate Development, Director Regulatory Management and Senior Vice President for Corporate, Legal and Regulatory Activities. During this period, he is responsible for regulatory management, pricing of network services and the sale of electricity, licensing, trading rules and general terms of contracts. Previously, he has performed in activities such as business process management, organizational and business development and post-privatization integration. Prior to joining E.ON Bulgaria, Mr. Stefanov worked as a project manager at Eukonomix Ltd. and a consultant at Balkan Consulting Company. Fluent in English and German.
