More than 10,000 new customers attracted ENERGO-PRO Energy Services in the process of liberalization of all non-domestic customers

The first portal in Bulgaria for concluding a contract for the supply of electricity at a distance www.kupitok.bg— marked a significant increase in customer interest in the third quarter of 2020. The interest is explained by the mandatory liberalization of non-domestic customers after the changes in the Energy Law of 26.06.2020. Registered users on the platform for the period July-September 2020 increased by more than 20% compared to all registrations since the launch of the platform in January 2016. This represents an increase in new customers on the portal by more than 270% on an average monthly basis.

The growth in customers who have decided to choose ENERGO-PRO Energy Services as their supplier through www.kupitok.bg, is even more significant — more than 12 times more contracts were concluded on average monthly from 01.07 to 30.09.2020. This means that almost every third of users registered on the platform have found the right product for them from the offers on the platform. Since the entry into force of the legal changes on liberalization, the total number of non-domestic customers who have already concluded contracts with ENERGO-PRO Energy Services is over 10,000. This number is dynamic and is constantly increasing on all possible channels of contact with the company's traders.

Increased interest in the company's electronic portal www.kupitok.bgwas also generated in connection with a new functionality — the addition of a request form by customers (https://portal.eproes.bg/offer), with which they can request an individualized offer and consultation for their needs from a representative of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services. Within a little more than a month, more than 250 customers received their offers on the free electricity market.
