More than 1600 ENERGO-PRO customers were served in the third customer center of the company for Varna in less than two months

The third Customer Service Center (CPC) of ENERGO-PRO in the maritime capital has already welcomed more than 1600 visitors. The office was opened on March 17 on the ground floor in Varna Towers. To date, just over 1,000 customers have made payments in the customer center and another 600 have taken advantage of any of the services offered by the company.

The newly opened center is the third for the city of Varna and one of 13 in the territory of North-East Bulgaria, where ENERGO-PRO operates. In it, customers can use all the services of the company, make payments on them, submit applications, pay their monthly electricity bills, as well as receive advice on issues related to the activities of ENERGO-PRO. Its convenient location in close proximity to the large residential areas of the seaside city, as well as the many options for access by public transport and the possibility of free parking in the building, quickly made it a preferred location for customers to use the company's services.

In connection with the state of emergency in the country and the measures taken to prevent the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19, the working hours of the third CSOC in Varna are every weekday from 8:00 to 14:00, with a break between 12:00 and 12:30 for disinfection. In the interval from 8.30 am to 10.30 am, priority services are given to customers over 60 years old. The other two service centers in Varna remain available — at ul. Oborishte 13A and at ul. Virgo 2.

ENERGO-PRO urges its customers to visit the service centers of the company only in case of urgent need until their normal mode of operation is restored after the normalization of the epidemic situation in the country.
