More than 2500 visitors welcomed the new ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Center in Varna
In the first three weeks after its opening, the second customer center of ENERGO-PRO in the maritime capital was visited by nearly 2,500 customers of the company. The new service center (TSC) is located at the corner of Oborishte Street and Slivnitsa Boulevard and opened its doors on May 27.
Customers served in the first working days of the new CSOC benefited from various services offered by ENERGO-PRO. 900 applications were submitted and 1600 payments of monthly bills for consumed electricity were made.
At the disposal of the customers in the second service center of the company in Varna are 5 multifunctional counters, and its working hours are every weekday from 8.30 to 17.30. In addition to accepting cash payments and applications, ENERGO-PRO specialists will be ready to offer competent advice to any client on issues related to the activity of the energy company. At any of the counters, visitors to the customer center can also request one of the company's electronic services — receiving an electronic invoice, notification via SMS or email in case of missed deadline for payment of electricity bill.
