More than 40% more ENERGO-PRO customers requested electronic invoices in 2016

Every month ENERGO-PRO sends more than 47,000 electronic invoices to its customers. The data is as of the end of December 2016. A year earlier, that number was about 33,000. Thus, the company registered a growth of more than 40% in the issuance of accounting documents sent electronically. Annually, the number of ENERGO-PRO customers who choose to receive a paperless invoice increases by an average of 40%.

Electronic invoicing has a number of advantages for customers:

• Convenience — available in any location in the presence of the Internet and easy to backup;

• Speed — it takes minutes to receive;

• Security — the document is protected by an electronic signature and is received at a specified email address.

Along with the convenience for the client, the choice to receive an electronic invoice is an expression of responsibility towards nature and the conservation of its resources. According to world research, 43% of the felled trees are used to make paper. One medium-sized tree can produce 9,000 sheets of printer paper. Sending an electronic invoice to all ENERGO-PRO customers would “save” 120 trees per month.

The completed declaration can be sent scanned to service@energo-pro.bg or submitted to the most convenient customer service center of ENERGO-PRO.
