For the last group of customers with payment due on the 25th of the month, the largest reduction is expected compared to the other two groups

According to ENERGO-PRO data, the average reduction in electricity bills for February of customers with payment due by the 15th of the month is approximately 28%. This group includes 37% of all customers of the company. Customers can obtain information about the value of their account as well as their individual reporting period on the company's website www.energo-pro.bg, on the 24-hour telephone 0700 161 61 (for the price of one city call) or in the customer service centers.

One of the factors that has an impact on the reduction of electricity bills for February compared to those for January is the reporting period. For comparison, the reporting period in January for customers with a payment term of the 15th includes an average of 33 days, and the reporting period for the month of February includes an average of 27 days. The average temperatures during the period included in the accounts for February in the territory served by ENERGO-PRO were 2 degrees higher than the temperatures during the period included in the bill for the month of January.

The statistics of the company's experts for the first group of customers, with a payment term of the 10th number, reported a decrease in their account for February compared to that for January of more than 16%. It is expected that the last group of customers with payment due on the 25th of the month will have the largest reduction in the February bill compared to the other two groups of customers, due to the largest difference in the number of days included in the bill.
