The possibilities to solve the problem in the interests of both parties are exhausted

After a series of conversations with representatives of the condominium of the former dormitory on st. “Gotse Delchev” №35 in Ruse to cover the accumulated debt for electricity, ENERGO-PRO exhausted the legal possibilities to find a solution that would guarantee the interests of both parties. The company sent a notification letter to the account holder “Rally 2003” EOOD, informing him that the electricity supply of the building is about to be interrupted due to accumulated arrears in the amount of more than BGN 48 000.

We remind you that the final owner of the company “Rally 2003" EOOD is Yavor Blaskov and the payments on the accounts of the block at ul. “Gotse Delchev” №35 entered the company's lot. Liabilities have been accrued since March 2018. Until 30.06.2018 Rally 2003 EOOD purchased electricity on a free market from ENERGO-PRO Energy Services EOOD, and from July 2018 — on a regulated market from ENERGO-PRO Sales AD.

Given the fact that the company has no connection with the holder of the lot, the possibility of settling the obligation was proposed, with all owners and users of objects in the building paying monthly the current consumption and part of the accumulated debt. Despite the efforts of the electricity company over the past two months to reach an agreement with representatives of the condominium, a solution to the problem has not been found, and the debt continues to grow.

The interruption of the power supply is an extreme measure that is not desired by both parties, but it is already inevitable after for one year ENERGO-PRO subsidized “Rally 2003” Ltd. and the residents of the building, supplying electricity that is not paid. ENERGO-PRO resorted to this measure due to the exhaustion of all other legal possibilities for settling financial relations and the real risk that the growing debt would become uncollectible.
