NIMH Warns of Complicating Weather Situation in Eastern Bulgaria
The teams of ERP North are ready to react to eliminate accidents on the electricity distribution network
The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology warns that in the period 08-10.01.2024 (Monday - Wednesday) a series of Mediterranean cyclones will pass through the country and south of it. From the north, cold arctic air will invade. On Monday from the morning, precipitation of rain begins, which, with the rapid decrease in temperatures from north to south, will turn into wet snow and snow. Ice fields are expected to form in northeastern Bulgaria and along the northern coast.
In connection with the expected deterioration of weather conditions, ERP North assures that in critical situations related to power outages, the company's on-call teams are ready to respond in a timely manner to restore the power supply to customers. If necessary, an organization will be set up to redirect employees to the most affected areas.
