New ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Center in Gorna Oryahovitsa received its first visitors

ENERGO-PRO welcomed yesterday the first customers in a new Service Center in the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa at ul. “Patriarch Evtimiy” №8. The new customer center will be open every weekday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Positioned in a comfortable and functional room in the central part of the city, the ENERGO-PRO office offers a more efficient organization of work and management of the flow of visitors. There are four service desks available to customers.

Yesterday, the first visitors to the new customer center took the opportunity to request ENERGO-PRO services, update their customer data, pay their electricity bills and receive information on issues related to the company's activities.

In the Service Center you can also request the company's electronic services — receiving an electronic invoice, notification via SMS or email in case of missed payment deadline for electricity bill.

With the opening of the new Service Center in the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa, the old office of ENERGO-PRO at ul. Compound №151 no longer works with customers.
