New ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Center opens its doors in Veliko Tarnovo
ENERGO-PRO customers in Veliko Tarnovo can now contact the company in a new Customer Service Center at 4 Nikola Gabrovski Street.
The newly opened center opens on January 30, 2018. It is located in a renovated and comfortable building owned by the company, on an area of 110 square meters in the central urban area and will operate from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In the visitor lounge there are 6 counters where customers can get a consultation, request an ENERGO-PRO service or make cash payments.
The existing customer center at 21 Mizia Street will operate until January 29, 2018 inclusive, after which all administrative activities related to the customer service of ENERGO-PRO will be carried out in the building at ul. “Nikola Gabrovsky” №4.
