New ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Center in Veliko Tarnovo received its first visitors

ENERGO-PRO welcomed today the first customers in a new Service Center in Veliko Tarnovo at ul. “Nikola Gabrovsky” №4. Traditionally, on the occasion of the opening, a solemn water holiday was celebrated.

Located in a comfortable and functional room, the customer center offers a more efficient organization of work and management of the flow of visitors. At the disposal of the customers are six multifunctional counters, which accept both cash payments and applications for all services of the companies of the ENERGO-PRO Varna group.

Today, the first visitors to the new customer center took the opportunity to request ENERGO-PRO services, update their customer data, pay their electricity bills and receive information on issues related to the company's activities.

In the Service Center you can also request the company's electronic services — receiving an electronic invoice, notification via SMS or email in case of missed payment deadline for electricity bill.

As of today, the center of ENERGO-PRO at ul. “Mizia” №21 in Veliko Tarnovo does not work with clients.
