A new electricity network has been built in Zelenika area near Varna
Residents of Zelenika settlement near Varna now receive more secure power supply. ENERGO-PRO invests 124 000 leva in the renovation of the electricity distribution network in the area.
The reconstruction, carried out in October, involves laying 2470 meters of underground cables. 38 new reinforced concrete pillars have been installed and 4450 meters of twisted insulated wires have been installed, which are significantly more resistant to adverse weather conditions.
Within the framework of the project, 42 electric meter panels have been exported to the border of private property, which enables the specialists of the electricity distribution company to regularly report the consumption of their customers. 101 new electricity meters with better technical characteristics have been installed.
In recent years, there has been a trend of intensive construction and expansion of the villa areas around Varna and the company strives to provide reliable electricity supply in these areas. The newly built electricity distribution network is adapted to the geographical and climatic features of the area, with the aim of minimizing the risks of accidents occurring even in the winter season.
ENERGO-PRO Networks maintains and serves 42,492 km of high, medium and low voltage power distribution network in a licensed territory of 30,000 sq. km, which covers 9 administrative districts in North-East Bulgaria - Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Razgrad, Ruse, Silistra, Targovishte and Shumen.
