Two new cities from North-Eastern Bulgaria with offices of ENERGO-PRO exported by the end of September

The exported offices of ENERGO-PRO are increasingly establishing themselves as a successful practice for servicing clients from smaller settlements in North-East Bulgaria. Specially organized reception rooms have access to the entire database necessary for checking and providing information by client number. Facilitated direct contact with the company's specialists creates conditions for faster and more convenient ordering of services, as well as for successful resolution of cases and giving advice on the distribution and supply of electricity. In the exported offices it is not only possible to make cash payments.

After earlier this month ENERGO-PRO Customer Service teams visited the cities of Byala and Vetovo in the Ruse region, as well as the town of Isperih in the Razgrad region, in the last days of September the work of the consultants continues in Varna and Dobrichka regions in the cities of Provadia and Balchik.

Balchik — September 30, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the lobby in front of the Information Center of the City of Balchik, “21 September” Square №6

The project “At the service of the client”, part of which is the event for organizing mobile offices of ENERGO-PRO, will continue in the coming days and weeks with initiatives facilitating the connection of citizens with specialists of the company.
