New information services for customers on the free market complement the portfolio of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services

ENERGO-PRO Energy Services added new services for its customers to the company's portfolio. The new package of proposals has been created with the aim of greater convenience for customers in managing and planning the costs of consumed electrical energy.

The energy company introduces a new service — “Detailed electricity to invoice report”, which enables to receive systematized information by e-mail in a user-friendly MS Excel format. The tabular content of the report allows easy processing and sorting by the individual components included in the final cost of electricity consumed — active and reactive energy, transmission and access to the electricity distribution network, additive “Obligation to society” and others. The service saves time and effort when it is necessary to carry out financial and accounting analyzes and prepare reports of various types of realized expenses.

Free market customers who need detailed information about their electricity consumption can now take advantage of the services “Reference of hourly measurements by objects for the past period” and “Access to hourly measurements by objects via web application”. The report makes it possible to select an elapsed period of 1, 6 or 12 months. By requesting a subscription to access the company's specialized web application, the client can monthly track the electricity consumed by him by hours for the past period and, if necessary, download this information in tabular and graphical form. The two new services are a convenient way for free market customers to control and track electricity consumed by the hour, thus having the ability to manage their future user profile for better energy and financial efficiency.
