New General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Electric Energy of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD

Today the company published “General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Electric Energy of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD” (General Terms and Conditions) under Art. 98a of the Energy Act. They will be valid for the customers of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD in its capacity as final supplier — these are domestic and non-domestic customers with objects connected to the electricity distribution network at a low voltage level, who have not chosen another electricity supplier. The General Terms and Conditions were approved by the State Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) by Decision No OU-06 of 21.07.2014 and enter into force 30 days after the date of their publication, i.e. from 07.09.2014.

Before being submitted for approval by the DCEFR, the General Conditions went through a public consultation procedure in the period 14.06.-16.07.2013. During the public discussion, the company's clients had the opportunity to express their suggestions and comments on the previously announced project. The final draft of the General Terms and Conditions was submitted for approval by the DCEFR on 23.09.2013, together with all the proposals and comments received during the public discussion, as well as the opinion of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD on them. In the procedure for approval of the new General Terms and Conditions, the DCEFR gave mandatory instructions for amendments and additions to the project provided by the company. The published General Terms and Conditions of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD are approved by the DCEFR in accordance with the mandatory guidelines given by the commission.
