Disclosure of a proposal to the EWRC for the approval of necessary revenues and prices of Elektrodistribuenie North AD for the upcoming second price period of the sixth regulatory period

On the basis of Art. 36a, para. 1 of the Energy Act (PE) and Art. 46 of Ordinance No. 1 of 14.03.2017 on regulation of electricity prices (Ordinance No. 1), Elektrodistribuenie Sever AD informs its customers that it will submit an application to the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) for change in the required revenues and prices for the services access to and transmission of electricity through the electricity distribution network for the upcoming price period from 01.07.2022.

Pursuant to Art. 31, item 2 of the EA, Elektrodistribuenie North AD will declare the adjustments provided for in Ordinance No. 1 to the annual revenues required for the activity approved for the current price period, including with the reported inflation and with the achieved price for the purchase of energy to cover the technological costs. The application will also reflect all received compensation for the increased prices of technological costs provided on the date of the application by the Ministry of Energy under the concluded Compensation Agreements.
