Disclosure of a proposal to the EWRC for the approval of necessary revenues and prices of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD for the upcoming price period

On the basis of Art. 36a, para. 1 of the Energy Act and Art. 46 of Ordinance No. 1 of 14.03.2017 on regulation of electricity prices (Ordinance No. 1), ENERGO-PRO Sales AD informs its customers that it will submit an application to the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) for approval of the necessary annual revenues and prices for the service “supply of electricity from final supplier” to domestic users for the upcoming price period from 01.07.2022.

The application does not provide for an increase in electricity prices at tariffs, and the company proposes to keep the full amount of the activity allowance regulated in Art. 10, para. 5 of Ordinance No. 1.

In accordance with the legal requirements ENERGO-PRO Sales AD will apply for recognition and costs arising from obligations imposed on the company under the Energy Efficiency Act.
