In connection with the expected decision of the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) to change electricity prices, as of July 1, 2017, ENERGO-PRO will invoice the electricity consumed by customers according to the approved prices of the EWRC in accordance with the General Conditions for Supply and Distribution of Electricity of ENERGO-PRO Networks.

The company will once again enable self-report of the testimonies of customers who wish to do so. In the period 01-05.07.2017, any customer of ENERGO-PRO on a regulated market who wishes to take advantage of the possibility of self-reporting can declare their electricity meter data in a convenient service center of the company, by phone 0700 1 61 61 or by e-mail service@energo-pro.bg. It is necessary when providing the reported readings, the client indicates his client and subscriber number in order to ensure the correctness of their coverage in the company's system.

The submission of statements by the clients is an individual choice and does not cancel the regular report that ENERGO-PRO employees carry out every month. The accounting of electricity consumed by domestic customers will be carried out according to the schedule, which is published on the website of ENERGO-PRO at https://www.energo-pro.bg/bg/Grafik-za-otchitane-na-elektroenergiya-Bitovi-klienti. The reporting period in the invoices, including the change in price, will be divided into two subperiods — old prices up to and including June 30 and new prices from July 1. According to the regulated methodology, the consumed electricity will be divided proportionally to the days before and after the price change based on average daily consumption.
