As of April 30, payments of electricity bills are not accepted at Information Service desks in North-East Bulgaria

Electricity bills in North-East Bulgaria can be paid in cash at over 700 cash desks

From April 30, 2018, the bills for consumed electricity to ENERGO-PRO Sales will not be able to be paid at the cash desks of Information Service. Customers of the electricity company who wish to pay their obligations in cash can use the ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Centers, where payments are already accepted at all counters. There are also a total of more than 700 cash desks of EasyPay, Bulgarian Post and Fastpay in the territory of North-East Bulgaria, as well as all branches of DSK Bank, which accept payments of electricity bills during their usual working hours.

For the convenience of its customers ENERGO-PRO Sales provides a number of options for cashless payment of obligations for consumed electrical energy.

By bank transfer through:

Direct Debit — the current obligation is paid from your bank account, automatically, every month. You can declare your desire to switch to direct debit payment by filling out a form in your servicing bankBankomat — the BPay function is selected from the device and the ENERGO-PRO Commercial Identification Code is indicated: 50003Payment order — the amount due is transferred to the account of ENERGO-PRO in a convenient for you bank branch of: Societe Generale Expressbank, IBAN: BG12TTBB94001527717093, BIC: TTBBBG22DSK Bank, IBAN: BG30STSA93000024397960, BIC: STSABGSF.

Through the Internet through:

Electronic banking through the website of your servicing bankThe electronic payment system ERAU.bg.

The amounts transferred by bank transfer or via the Internet enter the ENERGO-PRO system within two working days at the latest.
