The invoices for February of the first group of ENERGO-PRO customers, whose payment deadline is the 10th number, are already a fact and customers can find out about them and their individual reporting period by phone 0700 161 61, in the customer service centers or on the company's website www.energo-pro.bg.
According to the company's statistics, the average bill for the month of February per customer of this group is more than 16% lower than that of the previous month. This group includes about 37% of all customers of the company and for them the February account includes an average of 2 days shorter period than that of January. For the other groups of customers, with payment periods on the 15th and 25th of the month, the company's experts expect an even more significant reduction in bills, since for them the difference in the number of days included in the two accounts will be more significant.
For the period that includes the February bill, the average daily temperatures are 2 degrees higher than the temperatures during the period included in the January bill. Along with the number of days, temperature is the main factor affecting electricity consumption. For this group of customers, consumption decreased by 18% compared to their energy consumption reflected in the January bill.
