Again there is a danger that the electricity supply of Shumen water supply facilities will be interrupted

The dispute between former electricity supplier Kumer OOD and Shumen Plumbing continues to develop. By Order of the Varna Court of Appeal, a protective order issued was annulled, according to which mandatory instructions were given to ERP North to suspend the actions to cut off the electricity supply to the objects of Shumen Plumbing Ltd., triggered by a request of their previous supplier Kumer Ltd.

The cancellation of the precautionary measure is a prerequisite for the resumption of the process of interruption of the power supply objects. In an attempt to help solve the problem, although it is not a party to the case, ERP North once again alerted the responsible institutions Bulgarian Water Holding, MRRB, Ministry of Energy, EWRC, DANS, Regional Administration Shumen, Municipality of Shumen, RD Fire Safety and Protection of the Population with a copy to the Shumen Water Supply System.

At the same time, the network operator in North-East Bulgaria expresses concern for customers who will be affected by the unsettled financial relations between Kumer Ltd. and Shumen Water Supply. It is expected that the responsible institutions and companies addressed will take the necessary measures to finally resolve the case for the benefit of all parties concerned.
