The outgoing office of ENERGO-PRO opened for residents of the municipality of Provadia
The exported office of ENERGO-PRO opened its doors for the first time yesterday, 11.02.2014, for customers of the company from Provadia municipality. The initiative is part of the campaign “At the service of the customer”, which ENERGO-PRO launched in connection with the World Consumer Day — March 15. The exported office works on a schedule in smaller settlements, where there are no permanent customer service centers, and it is planned to cover the maximum number of small towns and villages on the territory served by the company.
ENERGO-PRO specialists received residents of Provadia municipality and consulted them on issues related to electricity consumption. Dozens of visitors to the mobile office turned to the specialists Customer Service for batch change, for consultations related to accession procedures, for an explanation of bills and the tariff structure of the price of electricity.
In order to be easily accessible to residents, the mobile office was located in the building of the Provadia municipality. This was made possible thanks to the kind cooperation that the Mayor of the Municipality provided to ENERGO-PRO.
“I thank Mr. Filcho Filev, Mayor of the Municipality of Provadia, for the assistance provided in providing a suitable space in the building of the Municipality for the holding of the office of ENERGO-PRO. We welcome the joint cooperation with the local authorities in organizing this initiative of the company, which is entirely in the interest of the residents of the respective municipality and our customers. We hope that our partnership will continue in all the settlements that we plan to visit and in which we will offer the services of the outsourced office.”, said Mrs. Maria Dimitrova, Director of Customer Service at ENERGO-PRO.
The teams of ENERGO-PRO Customer Service specialists will continue to travel to different settlements in the territory of North-East Bulgaria, with the aim of covering the largest possible area and respectively serving more customers. Specialists of the company will accept documents and advise clients on issues related to the services that ENERGO-PRO offers. Customers who have visited the office will be able to update their contact details with them, which is a prerequisite for more active communication on the part of the company.

The next outgoing office will work in the city of Dalgopol tomorrow, 13.02.2014, from 10.00 to 15.00, again in the building of the Municipality.
