More secure electricity supply for the residents of the Silistra village of Bradvari

In mid-October, the technical teams of ENERGO-PRO Grids carried out preparations and took action to replace 11 existing pillars with new ones, 33 consoles and 33 insulators in the area of the Silistra village of Bradvari. The reconstruction of the grid will provide a more stable and reliable power supply to nearly 400 households and businesses before the start of the winter period.

The region of Silistra region is characterized by harsh winter weather conditions — low temperatures and very strong wind, which cause strong snowfalls and icing and subsequently destroy the structure of the facilities from the power grid. Another analysis of the state of the power line in the area of the Silistra village of Bradvari identified the need to upgrade parts of the network in order to prepare the facilities for the adverse conditions of the upcoming season.

The teams of ENERGO-PRO Networks regularly conduct surveys and inspections of the sections of the medium and low voltage power distribution network in North-East Bulgaria. As a result of the analysis of the condition of the facilities, the most vulnerable sections or individual elements that need to be repaired as a priority are determined. The aim of the company is to reduce the possibilities of interruption, especially before the winter period, and to ensure reliable electricity supply in the area.
