Submission of documents for the change of ownership of an object on the free market in December 2022

According to the provisions of Art. 102a of the Electricity Trade Regulations (PTEE), the change of owner or user to a free market object is registered from the 1st of the month. We would like to inform you that in connection with the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays, in order to comply with this deadline, it is necessary to submit the application for change of owner or user for a free market object under Art. 102a of the TEU by 23.12.2022, inclusive. In the event that the object will continue to be supplied by the current supplier, then at the date of submission of the application the new owner or user of the site should have concluded a contract with the supplier and with Elektrodistribuenie Sever AD.
