More than 3500 payments were made by ENERGO-PRO customers through the company's website in a month

In just over a month, more than 3500 payments have been made by customers of ENERGO-PRO Sales through the company's newest channel for repayment of monthly obligations for consumed electricity. The new online payment option launched on April 23, and the company's data shows that a number of customers have taken advantage of the opportunity to pay their electricity bills without having to visit a physical office of the company or one of its partners. Statistics show that for the period from April 23 to May 26, on average, more than 100 payments were made daily through the Internet address https://vp.energo-pro.bg/.

The only condition for customers to take advantage of the modern way of making a payment is to have a debit or credit card. When accessing the specified Internet address, the customer is required to enter his 10-digit customer number in order to obtain information about the amounts due for electricity. If there are any available, it can repay its obligations quickly, conveniently and securely, and does not owe any additional fees for this. In view of the epidemiological situation in the country, this method of payment is an opportunity for a client to pay the debt to his elderly relative/relative, so that he does not have to leave his home and visit public places such as the customer service centers of ENERGO-PRO or an office of one of the partners of the company.
