Position of ENERGO-PRO Networks on the claim of the CPC
ENERGO-PRO Networks does not accept the claim made by the Commission for Protection of Competition for abuse of a dominant position. The case of “Kaiko” Ltd. dates back to 2008, when the company was owned by E.ON Bulgaria.
ENERGO-PRO Networks carries out its licensing activities in good faith, strictly complying with the Bulgarian legislation, which regulates the rules for connecting users to the electricity distribution network. The company treats all its customers responsibly and looks for the best possible technical solutions for joining their sites in a manner consistent with regulatory requirements.
ENERGO-PRO Networks has not violated the Law on Protection of Competition. Once the company's experts become familiar with the content of the asserted statement, ENERGO-PRO Networks will present their objections and arguments to the CPC within the prescribed period.
