ENERGO-PRO Grids does not accept the allegations of the CPC for a violation that constitutes abuse of a dominant position in setting prices for the use of equipment from the low-voltage electricity distribution network owned by the company.

The rental of facilities at freely negotiated market prices is a legal right of any business organization that carries out commercial activities on the territory of the country. By regulating the access of external, unauthorized persons to facilities, the safety of their operation is controlled, the risk of accidents to persons or property damage is managed and the costs caused by this access are covered.

The prices that ENERGO-PRO Grids company has set for access to the low-voltage power distribution network are formed on the basis of a market and economic analysis of the real costs of time, labor and resources on the part of the company caused by the access of employees of external operators.

The electric poles are part of the electricity distribution network and as its owner ENERGO-PRO Grids takes care of their technical condition and safety. Their use by an external operator causes additional costs of a very different nature for the company, which is why they are not rented for free, but at a market, cost-oriented price.
