Position of ENERGO-PRO Sales on the decision of the CPC for an infringement

ENERGO-PRO Sales AD does not accept the decision of the CPC dated 4.11.2015, in which it is alleged that the company committed a violation of the Law on Protection of Competition, expressed in abuse of a dominant position, in a case dating back to 2008, when the electricity supply company was owned by E.ON Bulgaria.

ENERGO-PRO Sales carries out its licensing activities qualitatively and conscientiously, strictly complies with the Bulgarian legislation and has not violated the Law on Protection of Competition.

After the experts become familiar with the reasons, the company will appeal the decision to the Supreme Administrative Court within the statutory period.
