Position of ENERGO-PRO in relation to the allegations made by the CPC

ENERGO-PRO rejects the Competition Commission's allegations of abuse of a dominant position. The company treats all its customers equally, strictly complying with the Bulgarian legislation, which regulates the rules for distribution and supply of electricity, including the rules for connecting consumers to the electricity distribution network.

Once the company's specialists get acquainted with the content of the definition, ENERGO-PRO will present within the prescribed period its objections and arguments on the allegations made by the CPC.
